Dr. Chiang started Teratech Corporation in 1994 and is responsible for product technology development and strategy at Terason. Dr. Chiang has gained recognition in various emerging technology fields, specifically advanced electronic systems
and image processing technology.
In the 20 years prior to starting Terason, Dr. Chiang has held research and development leadership positions in commercial and defense industry settings. Among the emerging technology products developed under her guidance are a room-temperature IR camera, a UV Star Tracker, a Collision Avoidance Radar and a NeuralNetwork-based Image Recognition System.
Dr. Chiang has over 50 patents and holds a Ph.D. in physics from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute, and a B.S. in physics from the National Taiwan University.
